The studio is now welcoming new students at Sue Moore Music in Kingston, Ontario. Clarinet and Piano lessons are available at any level for all ages. Sue also offers to students an opportunity to explore other instruments. With her vast years of experience teaching instrumental music in schools she can offer students early to intermediate instruction in the following instruments: Flute, Saxophone (Alto and Tenor), Trumpet, Electric Bass, and Ukelele. Theory instruction up to the Associate level is offered as is instruction and mentoring in compositional technique.
The opportunity to study a musical instrument is one of the best things you can give your child. Studying music teaches discipline, self-expression, reasoning, problem solving and creative thinking, the value of hard work in achieving a goal, and conquering fears. And of course, there are so many studies linking music study to improved performance in school.
Weekly lessons are delivered in a friendly and safe atmosphere, can be given as individual or group sessions, at the studio location or online, and are tailored to the students individuals needs.
Sue's professional approach to teaching is backed by years of experience and training as a qualified Music teacher in the school system of two continents, and a certified AMEB teacher in Australia and a member of the AFM in North America.
